Team leader Ash Lowfield has taught learner drivers on intensive driving courses and arranged thousands of driving courses for ADIs.

Overcoming difficulties

Whilst speaking to many people who have enquired about learning to drive, over the phone, Ash found that as many as 40% wanted to begin their driving course within two to three months.

Many were ready to drive immediately but simply couldn’t afford it due to other commitments, or sometimes because their theory test had expired.

Finding the solution

He soon began to realise the solution was to provide intensive driving courses throughout the UK and to offer a drive now, pay later scheme.

With this scheme, a part payment is followed by a manageable payment plan, with the option of paying off the remaining balance weekly, fortnightly, or monthly – within 10 months of booking.

The result has been an outstanding success. DNPL operates UK wide, offering a convenient home pick up service in all areas, which means drivers can avoid expensive hotel costs.
